Action Team Volunteers
The Calgary Local Immigration Partnership (CLIP) is thankful for the volunteers who have joined a number of new CLIP Action Teams. Members of each Action Team contribute to the design and implementation of activities to support strategic priories identified in the CLIP Action Plan 2021 - 2022.
We currently have the following Action Teams:

Requirements of CLIP volunteers:
Be passionate about making Calgary an even more welcoming and inclusive community for newcomers
Have connections with newcomer and/or ethnocultural communities
Be a team player who can collaborate effectively and contribute to a shared workload
Be motivated to carry out projects and contribute new and creative ideas
Have some knowledge/comfort working with Microsoft Teams and/or other virtual platforms/features/tools
Skills in one or more of the following areas are an asset:
Public policy development/implementation/operationalization
Project planning and implementation
Evaluation and benchmarking
Marketing and social media
Communications/storytelling/graphic design
Able to commit to meetings twice per week for a period of four months. The action teams are project-based and so will operate as long as required to complete the project.
